Culinary Arts at Colorado Mountain College

In an international ski resort atmosphere, our college classroom and European-style apprenticeship blend the latest trends in culinary arts with mountain living. As a student in the Colorado Mountain College culinary arts program, you will train to be a chef in some of the nation’s finest mountain resorts while working towards your Associate in Applied Science. Culinary Arts at Colorado Mountain College combines the classical foundations of modern cuisine as well as a broad spectrum of business courses that provide the education necessary for students to succeed in today’s food service industry.

As a graduate of the culinary arts program, you will be awarded Certified Cook credentials by The American Culinary Federation, the first credential award towards becoming a Certified Executive Chef.
